At Motiv Colors, we want you to feel inspired and satisfied with your purchase. If your coloring journey hasn’t started quite right, we’re here to help.

Note: We currently only process returns and exchanges for our customers located within Europe.


1. Our 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your coloring book must be:

  • Unused and uncolored. (We cannot accept books with even a single page started!)
  • In the same condition you received it.
  • In its original packaging.

2. Items That Can’t Be Returned

To keep things simple, please note we cannot accept returns for:

  • Digital Downloads: Any downloadable coloring pages or PDF sets.
  • Gift Cards: Both physical and digital.
  • Used Items: Any book with signs of wear, bent corners, or markings.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our team at {email address} with your order number and “Return Request” in the subject line.
  2. Proof of Purchase: Please attach your digital receipt or order confirmation.
  3. Ship It Back: Once approved, mail your product to:Motiv Colors Returns {physical address}

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


4. Shipping & Costs

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Tracking: If you are returning an order over €20, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the book.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t seen the credit yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If you’ve done this and still have questions, reach out to us at {email address}.


6. Damaged Items & Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If your book arrived with a printing error or shipping damage, please email us at {email address} with a photo of the damage, and we will send a replacement right away.

7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items purchased during a “Final Sale” or clearance event cannot be refunded.
