1. Overview

At Motiv Colors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully as it differs depending on whether you have purchased a digital product from our website or a physical product via Amazon.

2. Digital Products (PDF Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital products, which are delivered instantly and electronically, we generally do not offer refunds on PDF downloads once the file has been accessed or downloaded. This is in accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), which provides that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once downloading has begun with the consumer’s explicit prior consent.

However, we want you to be happy. We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • The file is technically corrupted, unreadable, or significantly different from its description.
  • You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error.
  • You did not receive the download link within 24 hours of purchase and were unable to access your file.

To request a refund for a digital product, please contact us at hello@motivcolors.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order confirmation number and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

We are unable to offer refunds if:

  • You have successfully downloaded the file and it functions as described.
  • You changed your mind after downloading the product.
  • The file does not suit your personal taste or your particular printer setup.

3. Physical Products (Sold on Amazon)

Physical copies of our coloring books are sold exclusively through Amazon. All returns, refunds, and exchanges for physical products are handled directly by Amazon under their own Returns Policy.

To return or exchange a physical product:

  • Visit your Amazon account and go to “Your Orders”.
  • Select the item you wish to return and follow Amazon’s return process.
  • Amazon’s standard return window is typically 30 days from delivery (this may vary by country and product type).

We are not able to process returns or refunds for physical products purchased through Amazon, as we do not manage those transactions. Please direct all such requests to Amazon Customer Service.

4. EU & UK Consumer Rights

If you are based in the European Union or United Kingdom and purchased a digital product from our website, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, unless you have expressly consented to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has commenced.

This acknowledgement is obtained at the point of purchase via a checkbox or similar confirmation mechanism on our checkout page. If you did not check such a box, please contact us and we will assess your situation individually.
